Guide To Submitting the Academic Form
This Guide is to help the postgraduate students in China University of Petroleum (Beijing) to complete and submit the semesterly and monthly academic forms easily using the E-service system. This will automatically be reviewed online by your supervisor and there will be no need for physical signatures. After submission, you can remind your supervisor to review it in his E-service system.
1.To submit the academic form first open E-service system of CUPB. （https://eserv.cup.edu.cn/） and login with your student number and central authentication system password.
2.Then Click “我的主頁(My home page)”.
3.Then Click “我的填報(My reports)”in “我的任務(wù)(My tasks)”.
4.Then click “查看表單(View Form)”.
5.Then please fill in each item in the form. After filling in, click “正式提交(Formal Submission)” to submit it.
6.Please note that the submission of your academic form is related to the scholarship evaluation. When you are writing it, you should read the requirements carefully and fill in according to the requirements. Please pay attention to it and submit it within the deadline.
